Zim readies for 2025 edition of Mine Entra

THE countdown to Zimbabwe’s premier mining, engineering, and transport expo, Mine Entra, scheduled for October 8 to 10, 2025, has begun, with the Buyers Programme set to take centre stage Mine Entra is one of the most prominent events on Zimbabwe’s business calendar, catalysing strategic partnerships and business growth. Running under the theme, “Beyond Extraction: Sustaining the Future of Mining,” the event is being held at Zimbabwe International Conference and Exhibition Smart City (Zices), popularly known as the Trade Fair in Bulawayo. Now in its second year, the Buyers Programme, hailed as a game-changer by exhibitors and industry leaders at Mine Entra 2024, is already generating excitement, with exhibitors actively enquiring about participation. Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) Company marketing and corporate communications manager, Mr Thandolwenkosi Nkomo, said the forum would once again feature structured speed networking sessions and targeted meetings between procurement teams from mining houses and exhibiting companies, to facilitate stronger business linkages and high-quality engagements. “As we count down to Mine Entra, we are excited by the prospect of an even more impactful Buyers programme.
